Repeat Prescriptions
Order repeat prescriptions, flea treatment and food, using our email form. You can use the form below for repeat medication prescriptions and routine preventative treatments for fleas and worms, as well as food.
Please allow 1 full working day for us to prepare your order. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect via email. If it is a special order for a product we do not usually keep in stock, please note that we will not be able to place the order until the item is paid for. A member of the team will be in touch to arrange this.
For all repeat prescriptions we need to have seen your pet for all necessary medication rechecks. If your pet is due a recheck, you will be notified so that you can book in for it in order to have the prescription dispensed.
Please make sure to allow for ample time before you run out of medication for the appropriate rechecks to be done.
Important Information
It is important to provide up to date contact details in case there is a problem with your request.
The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons guidelines state that we can only dispense medicines to “animals under [our] care”.
As a result we need to have seen your pet in line with the repeat medication check requirements for the medication they are on, as determined by the veterinary surgeon.
For routine preventative treatments such as flea and worming treatment, this is at least once a year.
For all other medications it can vary, usually between 1 and 6 months. This is to ensure that the dosage and frequency of the medication is still correct, and appropriate for the condition being treated.
The vet will also examine your pet in order to determine if they need any additional supportive treatment or if there are any side effects arising from the long term use of a medication.
Please do not leave reordering medication to the last minute, as all medication requests must be dispensed by a veterinary surgeon.
In some circumstances, items may have to be specially ordered and may take a little longer to come in to stock.
