Latest COVID update from Henley House Vet Clinic
January 14, 2021With the new, more virulent strain of Coronavirus causing havoc around the coultry we all need be mindful about how we go about our business.
We are here to care for your pets but please be aware that, because of the way we need to work now, things take a lot more time and are more labour intensive.
Please consider whether any journey, incuding to Henley House, is absolutely necessary in order to reduce the risk of virus transmission to both yourselves and to our team of dedicated vets and nurses.
Please use our website contact form for non-urgent enquiries or repeat medicine ordering wherever possible to take the strain from out busy phone lines.
Due to the precautions we are taking and the protocols put in place, we have, so far, not been adversely affected by the virus. However, should one or more of us need to self-isolate or come down with the virus we will need to dramatically reduce the work we are able to do.
Please take this into account when deciding whether to visit the surgery and listen to and respect the advice given by the vets and nurses.
We really can’t wait to get back to delivering the premium service we strive for to all our patients but until Covid 19 is under control we will continue to make decisions to keep everyone as safe as
possible.
Stay well,
Kind regards
Chris Hall BVM&S MRCVS
