Coronavirus – The Latest (JUNE ’20)June 19, 2020
This is just an update on how the practice is currently working.
Thank you for your understanding throughout these times.
To comply with social distancing you will still, unfortunately, not be able to accompany your pet into the practice. We will continue with the process we have been doing which will be explained when you book an appointment. When you come to the practice please ensure you have a mobile phone and we have the correct number for you, as we will communicate with you over the phone once your pet is in the practice.
You may have noticed the appointment times are now different and we are seeing clients at 20 minute intervals to allow time for change over of clients and patients outside the practice. Please adhere to your appointment time as we have a very tight time schedule to ensure social distancing for clients outside the practice.
If you require repeat medications, flea or worm treatments or food, if possible please email the request to email@example.com instead of phoning, we will then reply once the treatments are ready for collection. Please do not email to book appointments.
We are now booking in routine appointments including vaccinations and neutering. If your pet is overdue vaccination due to Covid-19 we will be in contact with you to get these booked in.
Our phone lines are very busy and we are experiencing double the number of phone calls as normal, so please be patient, we will get back to you. If you are phoning to book a routine appointment or request medication please call after 11am as we are often busier in the mornings with urgent and emergency phone calls.
