Chris Hall Chris Hall BVM&S MRCVS

Chris is originally from Yorkshire and qualified from the Royal (Dick) Veterinary College, Edinburgh in 1995. He has worked all over the country including 2 ½ years running a busy emergency clinic in South Wales and some time working with Cheetahs and other wildlife in South Africa. He took over at Henley House in November 2006 and aims to continuously improve the quality of care offered at the practice. His cat, Eric, was born by caesarean section at Henley House and is very handsome. In his spare time he likes scuba diving, skiing, golf and occasionally he makes a fool of himself on the cricket pitch.
Claire Burfield Claire Burfield BvetMed MRCVS
Claire has been a part of Henley House since 2005. She qualified as a veterinary surgeon from the Royal Veterinary College in London in 1998. She is married to a local farmer and has 3 mad keen rugby playing boys. In her spare time Claire enjoys running and riding her Irish Sports Horse, Charlie. She also enjoys walking Buzz, her trusty Labrador and Vic the cat enjoys plenty of cuddles.
Megan Williams Megan Williams Bsc(Hons) RVN MBVNA
Megan has been part of Henley House for over 10years now. She started doing work experience here whilst still at College. Megan went on to gain the Foundation Degree in Veterinary Nursing and did her Honours Degree in Meerkat behaviour. She has taken part in voluntary veterinary work in South Africa and has successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. In her spare time she takes part in various running events all over the country and enjoys clay pigeon shooting, horse riding and walking her three dogs, one of which is her Springer Spaniel, Blayze.
Jenny Pike Jenny Pike RVN
Jenny chose to become a veterinary nurse after working at a local animal rescue centre. From there she trained at Brinsbury College while working at a practice in Forest Row. Jenny has been working at Henley House for over 10 years now. She enjoys the friendly atmosphere of the practice and the fact that she has got to know the clients and their pets very well in that time. When she gets the chance, Jenny enjoys walking and running to keep fit.
Sharon Townsend Sharon Townsend RVN
Sharon joined the team at Henley House in October 2010 after working in a practice near Eastbourne for over 20 years. As well as a nurse she is also qualified pet groomer. In her spare time she is a keen runner and cyclist and she has completed the London to Paris bike ride on two separate occasions. She has two Staffordshire Bull Terriers called Digby and Lola and a cat called Peggy.
Tracy Wyatt Tracy Wyatt RVN MBVNA
Tracy qualified in 1997 after studying for a BTEC 1st Diploma in Animal Care at Brinsbury College and then studying veterinary nursing at Rodbaston College in Staffordshire. She worked in mixed practices in West Sussex and Surrey before joining Henley House in 2003.

Tracy enjoys playing stoolball and is an active member of a local ladies team. She enjoys a busy home life with her husband and two daughters.
Kate Johnson Kate Johnson RVN
Kate qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1998 and has worked at Henley House since 2010. Since starting at Henley House she has run our very successful weekly puppy parties which she and the owners really enjoy. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding and caring for her beautiful chickens, handsome cat and her son's tiny tortoise.
Sarah Pirie
 Sarah Pirie

Sarah qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 1968. She has worked at an animal blood donor centre in New York and also helped with research into bovine leukaemia and equine infectious anaemia. Sarah was senior veterinary nurse at a practice in Tunbridge Wells for 18 years before joining Henley House where she has been for 9 years. She now concentrates mainly on helping with the increasing administration involved with a busy practice. Sarah breeds and shows whippets as a hobby 
and has been senior veterinary nurse for Crufts dog show since 1979.

 Heather Parsons-Smith

Heather joined our team at Henley House in May 2007 as a receptionist. She loves the outdoor life and, as a qualified riding instructor, taught for 3 years in North Carolina. Other hobbies include skiing, sailing and scuba diving.
